About Fit For Freedom

I’m fundraising for freedom! 

For the month of May I will challenge myself to be active by working out 4 days a week - 2x at the gym and 2x at F45. This will help me to reach personal goals for myself all the while helping individuals recover from the trauma of being trafficked. May is also my birthday month and I'd love to make this year a memorable one =)

I’m proud to support Ally, a Canadian charity working to prevent human trafficking and help survivors find healing through safe housing, education and aftercare.
